Place a qualifying order over $99* and receive FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING.
When your order subtotal reaches $99 in the shopping cart the shipping charge for associated qualifying items will automatically be adjusted on your order. If you continue to see a shipping charge on your order, please check the exclusions listed below.

*Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states only (Alaska, Hawaii, & FPO/APO excluded).
*Freight orders are excluded from the Free Shipping Promotion. Any order containing items requiring freight shipping will incur one of the two following shipping charges, determined by total weight: $75 for orders between 75 and 125 pounds; $150 for orders more than 125 pounds. 

This offer also excludes demos, closeouts/sale items and freight shipped items.
This offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders. WharfedaleUSA reserves the right to select the carrier and ship method within the terms of this offer.
WharfedaleUSA reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion or discontinue this offer at any time.
This offer is not included on any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or FPO/APO addresses.

If any shipping fee charges need correction WharfedaleUSA will contact you with updated charges for these addresses.
Customers can choose an alternative expedited shipping method but it will not qualify for this free shipping offer.
WharfedaleUSA will not charge additional shipping for any back orders items. 

Back orders will be held to ship all back ordered items together when they are all received in stock unless otherwise arranged with the customer.

 

Returns:

At WharfedaleUSA we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your order or feel that you have received defective or damaged product, please consider the following;

30 Day Returns:

WharfedaleUSA offers a full refund 30 day return window on most items.

To set up your return:

  • Contact info@wharfedaleUSA.com for return instructions. 
  • Ship your product in it's original packaging to the address identified in your return instruction email.

Please note when returning your order:

Damaged or Defective Product:

We offer full coverage for any defective or damaged products that may arrive when placing your order with WharfedaleUSA.com.

Defective Product:

We define a defective product is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us or your direct fulfiller for for assistance.

Damaged Product:

We define a damaged product as an order that arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please note:

In the event of a damaged shipment, save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is an issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you may forfeit your chance to make a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. 

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due:

Once the fulfiller receives and processes your return, You will be notified via email.

  • Credits will be issued within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email.
  • The return credit should be reflected on your statement within 3-14 working days, depending on your financial institution.
